To: Customers/Colleagues/Friends From: Carl Grant, President, CARE Affiliates Date: July 29, 2008 Today, we're announcing that we've entered into a definitive agreement with . to sell them select assets of CARE Affiliates. We've entered into this agreement because I've agreed to take the position of President of , North America; a job I've held before and one that I'm looking forward to resuming. (You can read about the details of this decision on my blog). We've worked with LibLime since we started CARE and we know them to be a great group of people, doing impressive things in the open source community. We know they'll continue to move things forward and we encourage you to contact them, in particular if you're interested in OpenTranslators or MasterKey. We thank all who did business with CARE and our Affiliates (who are just terrific people). It's been a fascinating experience and one where we learned a great deal.
